Supervisor Staffing Operations - Georgetown

Work Schedule (Monday - Friday - Core Business Hours)

The Supervisor CRO Operations plays a key role in the daily operations of region-wide Scheduling, Staffing, and Timekeeping operational team. This position has oversight of region-wide scheduling, staffing and timekeeping functions, under the direction of the Sr. Manager CRO Operations. The CRO Specialists will directly report to the Supervisor who oversees 24/7 day-to-day operations across the Swedish region.

Required qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Business, healthcare or related field.
  • 5 years Experience in scheduling, timekeeping and/or staffing.
  • 2 years Lead role or equivalent team lead experience.
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge and ability working with multiple software packages, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SharePoint administration.

Preferred qualification:

  • Experience with healthcare staffing, scheduling and timekeeping in Kronos software.
