Description

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) Senior Consultant is responsible for consulting on Dynamics CRM engagements and can lead, manage and perform implementation projects for small, medium and large enterprises. The Senior Consultants responsibilities include participation in Solution Blueprint of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, assisting with conceptual and functional designs and managing client relationships. The Senior Consultant will need to ensure solutions delivery is on-time and on-budget and that the customers’ expectations are exceeded - quality and consistency is a must! He/She must have strong functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/XRM knowledge and be able to leverage more junior resources to achieve quality results.

While your primary function will be as a Senior Consultant, from time to time, we may also ask you to assist with other functions including sales and marketing, and general administration related activities. This is a full-time salaried position with bonus. Out of town travel up to 20% may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Client and MCA Connect project teams and Solutions Architect to define functional requirements and document solution design.
  • Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to development team and test completed solutions.
  • Perform installation, configuration, integration, testing, training, documentation and support for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that follow the MCA Connect methodology.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and project deliverables.
  • Execute turnkey CRM implementation projects.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience with business process analysis and documentation
  • 3+ years Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
  • 3+ years’ experience performing CRM data migrations, end-user training, design specification creation, and system configuration
  • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, work well in teams, and instill customer confidence
  • Strong customer relationship skills and experience
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • English: Fluent
  • Valid Driver’s License

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree and/or PMP certification
  • Microsoft certifications such as: Dynamics 365 CRM; MCSE, MCDBA, MCSD
  • Exposure to Microsoft‘s Sure Step Methodology, certification preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience working with Microsoft SQL
  • Microsoft CRM Integration and/or Scribe Integration Tools experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of oil & gas industry specific best practices is a plus
