Overview

Provides production and design support for marketing materials for print and digital applications. Works with art director to implement and adapt design standards.

Professional Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or GED Required, Bachelor or Associates degree in design is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 1-year experience with graphic design for print and digital formats.
• Knowledge of graphic design software packages such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom).
• Preferred, but not required, knowledge of web development tools. Especially basic HTML and CSS.
• Portfolio of design materials presented that exemplify creative and design expertise, versatility in various design software, and shown application within bot print and digital formats.

General

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills. Enjoys and works well with people.
• Ability to work with master plans to develop and implement design and communication strategies.
• Self-starter, well organized, motivated, ability to manage projects and solve customer (internal and external) problems.

Position Responsibilities

SPECIFIC

• Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. Works closely with internal team to understand the goal of the project and design criteria, and works to create material that meets these needs.
• Produces a variety of materials including websites, brochures, interactive tools, promotional items, product packaging, exhibition displays, and more. Takes direction from leadership to ensure design is aligned with corporate and product branding.
• Develops creative ideas and concepts that meet the objectives and are designed for the appropriate audiences.
• Stays up-to-date on current trends and emerging technologies. Brings creativity and innovation.

MARKETING AUTOMATION

• Participate in the planning and development of marketing automation strategies.
• Learn and develop skills within our marketing automation platform that allow us to maintain a clean database and quickly flow information between stake holders and technology platforms.
• Build and maintain marketing automation campaigns including triggered and one-off emails, webinar and training life cycles, automated actions based on user activity, and the import of new leads.
• Develop forms, reports, and other related infrastructure to support campaigns.

POTENTIAL FOCUS AREAS

• Video Production
  • Provides production, design, and related project support for video.

  • Produce video content for web and live venue presentation. This includes involvement in pre-production, assisting in coordinating resources, lighting, shooting, editing and post-production for a variety of projects including corporate and marketing.

  • Provide input and consultation on the production and use of videos.
• Motion Graphics Animation
  • Provides technical and creative expertise for motion graphics.

  • Provide input and consultation on graphics, animation, and various visual communication techniques.
• Photography
  • Combine artistic talent with technical skill to produce photographs used in technical and promotional marketing.

  • Provide input and consultation on the use of photographs.

GENERAL

• Sedentary Work-Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
