Sales and Marketing Leader
Opportunity Overview
Our client is a family owned and operated business based in Orange Park, Florida that conducts fire and explosion investigations throughout the United States and abroad as requested by their clients. They are seeking a leader of Sales and Marketing to join their team. A successful candidate in this role will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities (What You Will Do)
● In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform
● Ability to write ads, posts, and biographies that are grammatically correct
● Skilled in all Microsoft platforms
● Intimately familiar with Wordpress
● Intimately familiar with Constant Contact
● Familiar with social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
● Business to business sales of the company’s services of fire and explosion investigations
● Maintaining the company’s client database currently in Salesforce
● Regular connection via telephone, email or in person meetings with existing clients as well as the cultivation of new clients
● Frequent travel within the State of Florida as well as other states in which the company conducts business
● Attendance at trade shows, golf tournaments, fishing tournaments, dinners and other industry events as discovered or as assigned by management
● Works with all company employees to properly promote the company as needed or directed
● Maintains sales and marketing collateral and works with outside graphic vendors to develop new collateral
● Responsible for all logistics related to hotel, travel, giveaways, etc. to attend industry events
● Trains other employees to develop their sales and marketing skills
● Develops sales initiatives designed to grow company market share
Qualifications (What You Will Bring)
● Candidates must reside in Florida within a 3 hour proximity of Jacksonville.
● Candidates must have 2+ years of sales experience (ideally in a similar industry).
● Candidates must have excellent written and communication skills and demonstrate strong problem solving, presentation and time management skills.
● Candidates must thrive in a dynamic and exciting work environment.
