We are looking for an experienced floor covering production manager to organize and oversee flooring schedule as well as the installation process for our multi-family, builder and commercial clients.
Responsibilities include:
Ensure capacity of the installer base meets or exceeds the needs of our customers.
Ensure quality and professional installations.
Recruit and retain new and existing crews.
Ensure the materials are properly staged for next day dispatch.
Ensure sub-contractors are paid in a timely manner and in the correct agreed upon amounts.
Liaison between VA branch and corporate branch in Harrisburg, Pa.
Trouble shoot and use creative problem solving to correct issues in the field.
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel and warehouse associates.
Qualified candidate must have some experience in floor covering to be successful.
