The Cleaning Authority of Solon, Ohio is hiring Full Time professional house cleaners. The Cleaning Authority is a residential cleaning company that values Family, Respect and Discipline. WHAT IS THE JOB: Our Professional Housecleaners work in teams of two to clean the interior of our client's homes. Most schedules are four homes/day, but can range from 1-5 depending on size. We use our unique cleaning process and system to give our clients great cleans while being very efficient.
WEEKLY PAY
- Weekly Thursday Pay- $650-850 ($17-20 per hour) plus tips, with payed holidays and vacation days.
- $17 to start while training (2 weeks) with completion of Professional House Training (PHT). With completion of training a raise is given based on performance.
- After 30 days and completion of Certified Professional Housecleaner (CPH) plus performance evaluation employee will earn $18 per hour.
- Added Pay- travel time, mileage pay reimbursement average $100 plus per week on top of base salary.
- Tips average per week $1-$4 per work hour
- Employees have the opportunity to continue earning more through our Career Path upwards of $19- 20 per hour with completion of Team Leader and Trainer Certification, etc.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Reliability. We can't schedule clients for your team if you're not here. If you routinely miss multiple times per month, this isn't the job for you.
- An Eye for Quality.We'll teach you our process, but it's up to you to make sure things look the way they should for the customer.
- A Valid Driver's License. We work in teams of two, and partners will alternate driving days and schedules are grouped to minimize driving (and you get paid mileage to cover fuel costs and basic maintenance).
- Good Attitude. We work with people, and serve our clients with pleasant, polite professionalism. PROFESSIONAL Appearance & Attitudes earn lots of TIPS! If you don't get along with others...probably not the right fit for you.
WHAT WE DO ON A DAILY BASES
- We make a positive difference in the lives of our Customers by cleaning their homes by following our proven Detail Clean Rotation System
- By doing our job right and freeing up time for our Customers, we become the best part of our Customers day!
- We clean kitchens and bathrooms and dust and vacuum their homes.
- We have a large group of Customers that we clean on a regular basis and are always adding new Customers.
- We thoroughly train you to clean according to the process we have promised our Customers.
- You spend about 10 minutes at the office at the beginning and end of each day. The rest of the day is managed by you and your partner (team of 2 or 3) as you clean 3-5 houses in local Northeastern Ohio area.
HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE
- We want to help you gain the skills needed to be the best version of you, either within our company or elsewhere
- No nights! No weekends! No Holidays!
- Start at 7:50 AM daily, off 4:00-4:30 PM typically.
- $17/hour starting rate with raises at 60 days and annually
- Paid mileage, holidays, vacation, sick pay, and up to $10/hr. travel/prep time.
- Semi-annual raise reviews ranging from $.15-$1.00/hr. based on performance and promotions.
- If you drive your own vehicle, we reimburse about 2X gas prices.
- We have an 2 week training program. We don't monkey around, we are professionals!
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work!
- A willingness to learn -- everybody can clean, but not everyone cleans like we do!
- Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds)
