White Hat is a one-call solution for landscaping, parking lot sweeping, pressure washing, janitorial services, maintenance, repairs, construction, and tenant services, serving owners, property managers, and tenants since 1984. Having over 600 commercial and retail properties within our portfolio we understand the unique demands our property owners require, and with this growing demand our White Hat family needs to grow as well. Our team has a combined professional experience of over 150+ years within commercial property management, maintenance, repair, property improvement, construction, tenant services, and tenant relations, and we’re looking for the right candidate to bring their expertise and know-how to help grow these numbers.

The Landscaper position is a hands on role and an ideal candidate should be a hard working and thorough member of the team with extreme attention to detail. Our landscapers help maintain commercial properties plant life all throughout Southern California. Landscapers will be using several tools and equipment along with their hands to help meet our customers needs, so experience with hands on work is a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

• Cut and edge lawns
• Pull weeds in planters
• Clean and remove all trash from landscaping
• Trim hedges
• Inspect irrigation system
• Make minor irrigation repairs
• Report landscaping, irrigation, and property condition to supervisors
