Job Title: Social Media Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Tik Tok.
- Create and publish engaging content that reflects the company's brand voice and values.
- Monitor social media trends, customer feedback, and industry news to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and opportunities.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns that drive website traffic, increase engagement, and generate leads.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, customer service, and product development to ensure social media content is aligned with business objectives.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Engage with customers and followers through social media channels to build strong relationships and increase brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, emerging platforms, and trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Proven experience developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
