Currently seeking IT Support Specialists to provide IT support services for the Tonalea Day School students and staff. Support will be for level 1 and level 2 issues and will be a mix of onsite and remote support.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelor of Computer Science degree

• Experience:1) 3years experience in computer support service, 2) comprehensive experience in the most complex Cisco, Microsoft and Networking and 3) experience working in educational environments to assist with teaching how to use educational technology effectively.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

1. Provide manage monthly IT support

2. Workstation/server hardware installation, configuration, management, and support.

2. Workstation/server software installations, configuration, and updating.

3. Printer, Scanner, Projector, and Document Camera installations, configuration, management, and support.

4. Network Switch installations, configurations, management, and support.

5. Wireless LAN Controller and Access Point management and support.

6. VoIP Telephony management and support. Video over IP management and support.

7. IP based Video Surveillance management and support.

8. Website management.

9. Network cabling maintenance and support (Cat6 and Fiber Optics)

10. Assistance with the procurement of technology products and services.

11. Management and completion of IT work orders.

12. Submission of the completed work orders with a description of the work completed.

13. Monthly report of services provided with a description of equipment and BIA tag numbers that were replaced and where the equipment is located and a summary of work completed.

14. Make sure the IT room is kept clean/neat and is cleared of extra IT materials and supplies.
