Our cozy, growing practice located in West St. Paul is searching for a full time Front Desk Receptionist to add to our team! Our mission is to provide quality comprehensive care in a positive and uplifting environment for both patients and providers. As a front desk receptionist, you would play an integral part in achieving these goals.

Preferred experience or attributes:

• Excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone
• Organized
• Ability to enter and analyze data
• Comfortable collecting payments
• Desired characteristics: reliable, punctual, superb time management, self-starter, excellent communicator, high attention to detail, compassionate, good at multitasking, and ability to collaborate cohesively with a team
• Previous experience working a similar position in a dental office preferred

Technology and operatory layout:

• Easy Dental
• Schick sensors
• 3 op layout

Areas of practice:

• General dentistry: composite filling, bridge, crown, implant restoration
• Prosthodontics: removable, fixed
• Oral Surgery: extractions

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm

Compensation and benefits:

• Generous hourly rate, starting at $22-25/hour depending on qualifications
