Front Desk Receptionist (full-time and part-time opportunities)
Our growing company seeks an outgoing and highly relational individual with great organizational and communication skills to join our team in the front receptionist position.
KEY TASKS

- Greet, host, and assist patients with a smile
- Answer the telephone with a smile
- Enter patient information into the office computer system
- Assist new patients to fill out the registration form
- Register patients by verifying that patient’s record is up-to-date and accurate
- Collect and post payments including credit card transactions
- Schedule appointments and enters the appointment date and time into the office schedule
- Manage appointment confirmation and scheduling via text message application
- Solicit referrals from patients
- Follow all practice policies, procedures, and agreements (see at bottom of this page)

- Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and courteous manner
- Willing to effectively participate as a team member with the office personnel
- Committed to the protection of confidential information, records, and/or reports
- Good organizational skills and energized by multitasking
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong telephone, communication, and time management skills
- Experience using computers, email, and text
- Must be a people person with a great attitude and attention to detail
- A commitment to high standards of customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- An eagerness to learn on the job
INCOME AND BENEFITS
- Starting at $15 per hour
- $15-$20 when including bonus incentive payment based on performance
