We are excited to be offering this position for an enthusiastic, team oriented individual to join our established, state of the art Cashmere dental practice! Our goal is to provide an excellent experience for each and every patient. To that end, we are seeking an individual to act as a dental assistant float. This team member will begin by working as a sterilization tech and scheduling coordinator while they learn the job, and eventually transition into a full fledged dental assistant who is also fully cross trained at the front desk. No experience as a dental assistant is required, we are willing and excited to train an individual possessing great people skills and love for helping others. This would be a fantastic opportunity for a new dental assistant with limited experience who is wanting to take their skills to the next level. Starting pay range reflects the introductory level of this position and depends on relevant experience. A motivated and capable individual who excels at the position would see rapid wage growth commensurate with their attained abilities and contributions.
