The Role:
You will be working in the Amanu Warehouse in Downtown LA assisting the
Warehouse Manager.

Scope of Responsibility
Production Assistant

• In this role, you will spend all of your time at the Downtown Warehouse.
• You will be assisting the warehouse manager getting all our wholesale and e-commerce sandals out on time.
• You will be responsible for printing all the labels and matching them with orders
• You will be packaging and boxing up sandal orders in our Amanu packaging.
• You will be responsible for the first round of Quality Control before the sandals are shipped to customers.

● You will assist in managing the Amanu inventory with the Warehouse Manager for soles, uppers, components and packaging.

Skills & Behaviors Required

• Attention to Detail: As the person who is doing the first round of Quality Control, you will need to have this skill set in order to detect anything that doesn’t align with the design or quality standards of AMANU sandals.
• Change Maker: constantly looking for ways to improve current way of doing things, never settles.

● High Standards: As part of the Quality Control process you will be required to ascertain that each shoe is in perfect condition and ready to be shipped to the customer.

● Organized: Have a logical way of setting up tasks that will need to be batched.

● Scrappy: never settles for what's already been done, is innovative and creative with ideas, pitches in to get the job done.

● Reliable: follows through on commitments, and asks for help when needed

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Choose your own hours
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
