This is a fully remote position for Eastern Standard Time (8:30 am - 5:30 pm) and includes detailed and ongoing training. On call hours are not currently implemented. In the future, they will be compensated separately.

Required Skills

• Quickly identify complicated and problematic support requests and provide appropriate solutions
• Onboard support technicians and train PBX administration and general UCaaS support processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers, third party vendors, and team members
• Effective time, task, and ticket system management
• Ability to follow policies and procedures that ensure a positive customer experience
• General UCaaS, VOIP PBX administration, and SaaS Support Experience required
• FreePBX and Asterisk Experience recommended
• General Networking Experience required

This job is fully remote. Equipment will be provided. There is no on-site component. Due our relationship with healthcare providers, you are also required to have a dedicated and private work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
