We’re looking to add FOH and BOH team members to our Jax Beach location!
Come join our growing team! No experience necessary, but must have a willingness to learn, be able to multi task, and work well in a team environment. Team members must be available weekends and most holidays.
We serve made to order donuts, craft coffee, and craft beer and wine. We are partnered with local Bold Bean Coffee for our coffee program. We believe using high quality coffee beans and the best equipment available allows us to deliver excellent coffee and espresso drinks.
FOH team members are responsible for
-Providing excellent customer service
-Taking and entering customer orders
-Making and serving coffee and espresso beverages
-Prepping iced coffee and cold brew coffee
-Assisting other team members
-Maintaining a clean work environment
BOH team members are responsible for
-Providing excellent custom service
-Making and fulfilling donut orders, including custom and catering orders
-Prepping and making all buttercreams and syrups
-Maintaining a clean work environment
-Assisting other team members
Most team members of The Mini Bar are cross trained, and able to work both FOH and BOH positions. We offer 401k matching, on spot bonuses, and healthcare benefits after 90 days, and of course free donuts and coffee while on shift.
