Looking for a motivated, customer service focused Lead Sales / Spa Associate for a busy spa in West Melbourne / Palm Bay! Prior spa experience or management experience is a plus but is not required. The ideal candidate will have a proven trackrecord leading successful teams.

Duties include:

• Selling memberships and giftcards
• Setting goals, monitoring team performance and providing consistent feedback
• Providing sales training and coaching
• Providing excellent service to members/ guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, and greeting members/ guests upon arrival
• Maintaining professional spa environment
• Various duties as assigned by Spa Management

Experience required:

• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

• Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and sales staff
• Strong sales background
• Able to work flexible days and hours (Nights and Weekends required)
• Experience with Zenoti a PLUS
