Monterey, Dagon, Nice Matin and Cafe D'Alsace are looking for highly motivated servers with fine dining experience, a strong team orientation, outgoing and friendly personalities, a passion for great food, and a commitment to excellence to join our team. The ideal candidate would be able to work in a fast paced environment with exceptional customer service skills and has had previous NYC restaurant experience. We are looking for people that:
-Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
-Ability to approach stressful scenarios in a calm and efficient manner
-Have comprehensive knowledge of service standards, guest relations, customer satisfaction, and proper etiquette
-Must have energetic, positive and friendly personality
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

Pay- $15/hour, less a $5/hour tip credit (plus tips)
