Front Desk Rockstar for Regenerative Clinic

We are looking for an outgoing, organized, and motivated front desk team member for our Sarasota location. This individual will be responsible for the functions of the daily operations in our busy office. This role would be a part of maintaining our already positive work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and communication.
Our front desk position is a central component of our office. It is the first person that our patients see and that they typically speak with on the phone. You must be friendly, welcoming, and always keep a positive attitude. This is a fast-paced office; you need to be ready to do a lot of walking around and ready to help our team anywhere they need. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task in a varied work environment. Must have problem-solving skills.
Some of the job responsibilities include:

  • Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow, mastering the scheduling of patients
  • Front desk duties, including answering the phone, checking in/out patients
  • Appointments, collecting payments, handling reschedules and follow-ups
  • Intake paperwork
  • Helping in therapy areas as needed
  • Helping with insurance verifications, speaking with law firms as needed

The Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Billing and insurance verification
