Primary Responsibilities:

· Maximize sales skills through a knowledgeable and confident approach to navigate customers to the desired outcome.

· Develop and expand customer relationships with each connection made.

· Responsible for achieving monthly sales metrics and goals.

· Maximize time and planning through effective use of technology to support sales processes.

· Demonstrate an understanding and apply the key phases of the sales process using provided company approach and standards.

· Effectively manage work activity using provided technology and reporting to maximize productivity and ensure exceptional customer service.

· Exhibit collaborative teamwork, and advance positive relationships across sales and service structure to ensure company achievement of key metrics.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.

· Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales and personal selling preferred.

· Proficiency with Salesforce/CRM technology.
