We are currently seeking a motivated, articulate and friendly individual to join our Front Desk Receptionist team. This is a morning position from 8AM - 2PM from Monday thru Friday.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is capable of performing reception office duties and who will be responsible for answering phones, booking appointments, managing the payroll/books, and managing customer requests. Our Front Desk Receptionists interact with our customers on a regular basis, so we look for individuals with good people skills and the ability to handle pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients when they come in/leave and helping them check-in for their appointment.
• Answer telephone calls and booking appointments.
• Answer questions via Facebook, email, or text.
• Occasionally help check out clients on the register.
• Help input Payroll system and keeping up with records of sales.
• Money and inventory managment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
