Responsibilities

1. Patient Care: Demonstrates consistent use of nursing process in daily practice and manages more complex patients with minimal assistance. 2. Knowledge and Skills: Identifies personal learning needs to be competent in area of practice; independently performs advanced skills; begins to assist others to develop skills using the teaching/learning process. 3. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
