The Property Attendant is an essential position on the Stayable Suites team. A remarkable Property Attendant delivers safe and clean accommodations by keeping the grounds clean, preparing rooms for Housekeepers, assisting Maintenance Technicians, and so much more. They are reliable and proactive by nature and represent the best of our team.

Starts at $14 per hour

This is an hourly-paid position that may occasionally allow for overtime. Property Attendant will have multiple opportunities for bonuses. The hourly wage will be adjusted based on experience, cost of living, and contribution to the property’s success.
All team members may live at any of our properties at a discounted rate for a standard accommodation in the form of a payroll deduction. This may come with additional after-hours responsibility, which shall be paid at your hourly wage.
Property Attendants are generally responsible for delivering safe and clean rooms and public spaces. Below is a summary of primary responsibilities.
- Remove trash left behind by guests and/or team members
- Empty refrigerator and microwave and defrost refrigerator if needed
- Strip linens and towels and log damaged or missing items
- Sweep rooms of excess garbage before turning them over to housekeepers
- Tidy room exterior
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Collect garbage from cans throughout the property per the schedule
- Collect and dispose of guest trash per the schedule
- Collect trash throughout the property on a regular schedule, including along property lines, behind bushes, and in hard-to-reach areas
- Maintain tidy dumpster areas
- Clean and tidy guest and team areas per schedule
- Clean and tidy the guest laundry areas, including removing lint from dryers
- Operate lawn care and other equipment as directed
- Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks per the schedule
- Pick up any litter as you see it in public spaces
- Inspect and discard linens and towels for damage or excess wear and tear
- Pre-treat linens and towels
- Discard and log damaged items
- Transfer linens and towels from the washer to the dryer as needed
- Keep laundry area clean and tidy
- Report any issues with laundry equipment immediately
- Maintain exceptional customer service when interacting with guests
- Notify Property Manager of any safety concerns or any violations of policy
- Implement new objectives and procedures
- Contribute to incident reports as needed
- Assist with maintaining an accurate inventory of housekeeping supplies
