Production Operator (2nd & 3rd shifts, fulltime 4x10 and 5x8 schedules available)

Position:
Change Healthcare is adding multiple fulltime 2nd & 3rd shift Production Operators to our team who will be responsible for running manufacturing equipment on the factory floor to print and mail documents. Production Operators are an integral part of Change Healthcare and are responsible for all safety, output, and quality goals related to the manufacturing of these documents.
Core Responsibilities:
Performs set-up and operation of the machine to support production
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
Meets and follows prescribed safety regulations
Closely supervised involving routine, repetitive tasks
Stays current on safety rules, and adherence to established operating specifications when performing production operations
Meets or exceeds output and quality goals as defined by management.
Requirements:
Requires a high school diploma or GED and minimal experience
Willingness to complete a drug test and background check
Must be available to work 2nd or 3rd shift (schedule details below).
Preferred Qualifications:
Understands basic math
Ability to work effectively on a team
Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management
Ability to work with basic computer programs.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements required for production environment
Availability to work one of the following schedules:
2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm
2nd shift Tuesday-Friday 12noon-10pm
2nd shift Tuesday-Friday 2pm-12midnight
3rd shift Monday night-Friday night/Saturday morning 10pm-6am
3rd shift Monday night-Thursday night/Friday morning 10pm-8am
3rd shift Monday night-Thursday night/Friday morning 8pm-6am.
