The Product Manager position will give someone the opportunity to develop strategies for the ICS Car Wash product market.

Job Summary:*
The position is responsible for the positioning, features, benefits and pricing/discounting strategies of all VWS payment solutions software and products for the car wash market. The person in the position must have strong presentation, analytical and organizational skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, distributors and internal stakeholders. The person should have direct knowledge of the car washing equipment market and must process a strong market sense and understanding of competitive products and market positions. The person must also be able to represent ICS products and have a core understanding of the value positions of all of the competitive product offerings.
The ability to assist in developing the strategies for the car wash payment solutions market is a key foundation of the position. This position requires a vision of product development and a roadmap for the future that is tempered by realistic “today” pricing and product placement that will drive market share and earnings growth. The person should have the ability to use data gathering, modeling and analysis to guide our overall strategy and develop a current and future state product roadmap. The ability to communicate strategies both internally and externally is a key requirement of the position.
The position must develop the key product value statements and collateral materials that will enable advertising, marketing and sales to effectively communicate the strengths and benefits of our ICS offerings. The benchmarking and auditing of key metrics based on gross margin and sales volumes will be monitored and communicated to the company as an important performance metric for the position.
