We are looking for a Services Product Manager to help drive Customer Experience (CX) product offers in the Collaboration Technology area. Ability to understand customers' business and technical challenges for digital and software as a service (SaaS) transformation. Understanding of related Collaboration Technologies (e.g. - Calling, Conferencing, Contact Center); to define, innovate and build new / sustain compelling high-value service offerings. Oversee product development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new services. Determine the demand for services offered by client and its competitors in both professional and technical support services areas.
You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams to help conduct analysis, develop recommendations, and drive the creation of CX Offers for Collaboration technology. Focus on translating technical capabilities into customer benefits, develop marketing collateral, and create critical assets for partner and sales-readiness. Work with development teams to define, execute, and enhance support services, and product offerings. Collaborate across other business units and teams to research and develop product roadmaps. Develop portfolio requirements and policies through customer interaction, market research, quantitative sizing, competitive analysis, and by working with sales, finance, and partners. Develop value proposition messaging to address customers, partners, and internal audiences. Understand the financial performance of the Collab portfolio and monitor progress as it evolves.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and feature roadmap by working with cross-functional teams (Product Strategy, business units, Sales, customer experience delivery, partners, program, product management, development, UX).
- Build detailed business and technical product requirements, scope, and release plans.
- Think strategically and creatively to gain product and customer feedback. Drive market research, competitive analysis, and business metrics to advise direction.
- Drive product development & backlog to build end-to-end solutions with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
- Capture customer, partner, sales, delivery feedback, and key metrics to continuously improve product features and performance.
Required Skills:
- Candidate must have 5+ years' experience in collaboration technologies with a minimum of 3 years of Product Management.
- Thorough understanding of product development and/or product management processes and lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment in following technology areas such as Collaboration, Software as a Service (SaaS), Hardware, and Software support services. AI Experience is desirable but not required.
- Demonstrated experience defining, developing, and managing product roadmaps, and Go-to-Market (GTM) activities.
- Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features and technical designs.
- Experience using Product Management methodologies, pricing models, agile Methodologies and Tools, and Software program management certifications (is a plus)
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; work well in a multi-functional, matrix management environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation
- Comfortable with fast change and an ability to adapt as business requires.
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing business and technical conditions taking products through NPI process.
- Preferred understanding of Cisco commerce tools (CCW, CCW-R, Salesforce, FinBI)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
