Downing Displays is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our team in our Milford, OH office. The ideal candidate will be able to work 20 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

This role requires strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Accounting Clerk

· Match invoices to PO’s and receipts and check for pricing variances

· Filing

· Enter and Create vouchers for payment

· Credit Card processing

· Identify, validate and determine the company’s liability to its vendors, suppliers and/or other creditors through the application of standard accounting principles.

· Assist other personnel as needed

Qualification for the Part –Time Accounting Clerk

· Automated A/P and General Ledger Systems experience preferred

· Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customer, vendors and company personnel

Education/Experience for the Part – Time Accounting Clerk

· One to three years of related work experience depending on education
