Must be willing to work hard each and every day. This particular role requires a lot of learning and growing while maintaining high levels of attention to details and organization.

Responsibilities:

· Process daily billing for customers

· Processing invoices to vendors/reps

· Maintaining clean/organized filing systems

· Communicate up and down the chain of command

· Provide excellent customer service answering phones

· Help the team do what needs to be done

· Handle objections and complaints in a professional manner

· Reconciling the books monthly and helping with annual inventory

· Work on both phones and emails

· Organized, detail oriented. This position requires exceptional levels of organization.

Education:

· High School, some college, or equivalent work experience

Work Experience:

· AP/AR experience preferred

· Willing to train the right candidate

· Must have solid professional work history and references

Pay is based on experience and potential.

Must be willing/able to pass necessary pre-hire background checks and drug test.

Job Type: Part-time (20-30 hours)
