POSITION NAME: Member Experience Staff
LOCATION: Okmulgee County Family YMCA
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Membership Experience Staff area resource of knowledge for all functionsrelated to front desk, member concerns, and processing of day camp/ program registrations
They will manage the front desk area with a deep knowledge of processes and attention to organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum age 16
- Ability to schedule, lead and support other team members
- Knowledge of working with various computer software programs
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Customer service skills a must
- Ability to interact with all ages
- Certifications in CPR, O2, and first-aid (YMCA can train)
STATUS: Part-time
STARTING SALARY: $9-11.00 hourly
