The job roles and responsibilities could include checking in patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking payments, pulling & verifying insurance, contact lens fittings, medical testing, prepping patients, pre-testing and much more in a busy, fast paced optometry clinic (three doctors) with high volume optical. At Visioncare Arkansas we cross-train all of our staff with on the job learning to set our employees up for success.

This role will be evolving as we navigate peak and non-peak seasonal changes that directly impact traffic. Must be able to multi-task, and quickly switch gears to go from one task to another with ease and a positive attitude.

Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm but must have availability to stay until 6:00pm M-F as needed.
