Our Medical Office has an opening for a Medical Assistant. The position is a full time position (36hr a week).

As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors, other medical assistants and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

Note: As of Oct. 18, 2021, Oregon is requiring all healthcare employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19, with limited exceptions. COVID-19 vaccination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and document basic medical history
• Schedule appointments and procedures
• Take basic vital signs
• Obtain prescription prior authorizations
