How do I make an impact on my team?

• Support the mission and conduct themselves in a professional and responsible manner while abiding by all privacy and confidentiality requirements
• Follow all corporate and departmental policies and procedures
• Maintaining scheduled hours and be flexible to meet the needs of the department
• Recognize, suggest, and assist with process improvements
• Display critical thinking and problem-solving competencies commensurate with realistic expectations of an intern
• Communicate effectively
• Know Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Assist with special projects and employee events
• Assist with recordkeeping and filing
• Be available to work 40 hours per week and, if asked, some occasional overtime

What our team expects from you?

• Must be age 18 or older and have obtained a high school degree or equivalent
• Interest in analytics
• Experience with SharePoint and QlikView is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

What can you expect from Lumicera?

• Hours/Location: Monday – Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm CST, Remote
• Schedule/Duration: Summer program (May-September)
