Applicant must be focused on providing superior work product and excellent client service. Additional qualifications include proficiency with Virginia Federal and State court filings, procedures in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and document management software, attention to detail, ability to work independently, organization and time management skills.

Job responsibilities include issuing subpoenas, review and summary of medical records, summarizing depositions, assistance with preparation and editing of pleadings, discovery requests and responses and correspondence, investigating case/claim background information via available internet sources and social media, filing pleadings with Federal and State courts, trial preparation, organizing and managing files, calendaring, and docketing.
