The Disney Parks, Experiences and Products - Technology & Digital organization is looking for a Lead Product Manager to define and craft the vision for pivotal initiatives within the Domestic Parks & Resorts portfolio. Could this be you? Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Technology, we will work together to set the scope, cost, and write impact summaries. You will be engaged in defining roadmaps, requirements, value, and priorities for chosen initiatives. You will provide joint leadership and partnership with both The Walt Disney Company Commercial Strategy teams and Technology & Digital Platform teams to align, frame, and lead strategic visions and possible solutions. This is an opportunity to partner your organizational skills with brainstorming and storytelling!
Translate concepts and ideas into tangible scope items with clear objectives and priorities
Partner and collaborate with multiple teams to capture roadmap items, prioritize, and plan implementation
Be a Technology & Digital leader and point of contact for the Commercial Strategy business by maintaining communication and representing them during third party and technology-focused discussions
Be comfortable consolidating information and speaking publicly to an Executive audience
Experience working in technology within any industry, ideally within delivery and/or product management roles within a large and matrix organization
Leadership in customer-centric vision building and requirements gathering
Comfortability working in-person across multiple site locations within the city of Orlando
Bachelor’s degree or equal experience required.
