POSITION: Lead Front End Engineer (Immediate Opportunity for Contract and Remote)
DEPARTMENT: Technology
REPORTS TO: CTO, Head of Technology
The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating dynamic and user-friendly web interfaces and a deep understanding of Angular 13 and web UI design principles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web-based user interfaces using Angular 13 and other front-end technologies
- Provide technical support and guidance to front-end engineers on the team, resolving deep technical challenges and issues for the team.
- Collaborate with UX designers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces
- Optimize the performance of web-based applications to ensure a seamless user experience
- Ensuring optimal website speed across devices and browsers
- Ensuring websites work uninterrupted across browsers and systems
- Working closely with back-end teams to develop creative solutions
- Working closely with back-end teams to design architecture for systems and applications
- Building tools for business processes and applications; enhancing user experiences
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience as a front-end engineer
- Strong experience with Angular 13 and web UI design
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, jqxGrid
- Experience using one or more advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, ReactJS, etc.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Working knowledge of GIT source code control and branching methodologies, debugging, performance monitoring, benchmarking, logging, and testing tools

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
