The Half Shell at the Pier is seeking an experienced and passionate bartender/mixologist to lead our bartending team as Bar Manager. Since its opening in 2013, the Half Shell is fortunate to have become an Island Tradition to locals and tourists alike. A new member of our management team will be expected to mirror our same passions and dedication to quality as well as bringing new ideas on how to adapt and change in the coming years. As Bar Manager, you will be expected to know and execute all of our current Signature Cocktails as well as to create new featured cocktails and update the drink menu periodically with new, exciting additions. You will be expected additionally to order liquor, keep pars, and take monthly inventory. This position is full-time and fast-paced. We are seeking talented individuals who are looking to challenge themselves and take on a strong leadership role in an already established restaurant. Duties and responsibilities:

• Be a brand ambassador, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience

• Engage with all customers and build relationships

• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

• Develop craft cocktails

• Maintain consistency and train bartenders

• Monthly inventories

• Weekly orders and maintain par levels

• Maintain SERV safe practices and excel in cleanliness

Pay starts at $10 per hour + tips
