We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Analyst, Business Technology Liaison to join our Operations team. This role can be located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Support Payments by utilizing your software development and/or test analyst knowledge in reviewing projects in process.
Identifying potential issues, evaluating risks and escalating issues as needed.
Produce Project and Test documents as pertain to agile protocols.
Execute test case scenarios.
Report on project progress to test leads, stakeholders, etc.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
Software Development and/or Test Analyst experience is strongly preferred.
Experience in Payments a plus.
Strong verbal and written Communication skills.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Well-developed critical thinking skills.
Experience with Jira DC, Confluence and Agile methodologies preferred.
