Our maintenance team is an important part of our success in maintaining state-of-the-art communities for our residents.

Pay: $20.00 Hourly

General Responsibilities:

• Landscape and maintain grounds of Resort/Community, including laying sod, mowing grass, weed maintenance, blowing, trimming and planting trees and plants, raking, and fertilizing.
• Performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community.
• Works as a team player along with the community staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company.
• Maintain lawns, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and other grounds by using power mowers, push mowers, and/or edgers.
• Removing weeds, trimming plants/trees, planting flowers, plants, and trees; Maintenance of flower beds by pruning, weeding, and watering as needed.
• Performs various community maintenance functions. These functions may include but are not limited to light bulb changes, caulking, minor plumbing, filter changes, touch-up painting, lock repairs, snow removal, installation/repair window coverings, pool maintenance, preventive maintenance, etc.
• Attends and assists in setting up resident functions and activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in landscaping/maintenance or related field.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License to drive a motorized vehicle on or off resort/community for company business.
