Job Responsibilities*

• Follows directions from the Foreman
• Digs and back fills holes for plants, trees, and shrubs properly;
• Operates power equipment (e.g., lawn mower, roto-tiller, trencher, compactor, etc.)
• Conducts basic soil preparation
• Carries materials (e.g., sod, rocks, bricks, plants, etc.)
• Maintains tools and equipment to ensure safety
• Attends safety meetings
• Performs general clean up at the work site
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently
• Complies with quality standards

Requirements

• Shows up on time, every time, every day
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• D.O.T. Health Card (if driving for us)
• Able to work in all weather conditions
• Motivated to learn
• Hard working and positive attitude

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
• Ability to work outdoors exposed to various elements (eg. rain, heat, cold, etc)
• Ability to work up to 100% of a workday in an active capacity, including, but not limited to, walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting

Landscaping - April through November (weather depending)
Snow Maintenance - November - March, must be available during "snow events"
