Bloom Landscaping is an established landscape design and installation company servicing the greater Sacramento area. We are looking for a reliable person to join our expanding team. Our company specializes in creating modern imaginative living spaces for our amazing clients. If selected to join our team, you would learn and be responsible for installing: drought tolerant landscaping installs, artificial turf, sod, irrigation and drainage systems and many other design aspects.

Our company is focused on providing a flexible schedule for employees in our busy day to day life, offering part-time employment with a flexible schedule. The candidate should also be available for some weekend work, as we sometimes require flexibility to accommodate our client's schedules and deadlines. Our employees report directly to the jobsite where they will be working for the day, so punctuality and open lines of communication are required.

Work experience in landscaping or construction is preferred but not required. Candidate must be able to perform repetitive motion tasks, lift 25+ lbs without assistance, and be comfortable working in warm temperatures.

No educational experience is required, however opportunities for additional training and certifications are available after completion of the 90-day probation period.

Candidate must have a reliable source of transportation and a cell phone for communication on their schedule for the day. A valid, unrestricted California's driver's license is required for this position, as well as active full coverage auto insurance.

Employees are paid every 2 weeks, eligible for pay increases after a 90 day probation period. We are looking for a candidate that can grow and wishes to advance in an up and coming local business, with plenty of opportunity for growth.
