Position Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to plan, develop and implement a variety of human resource strategies to provide effective human resource services for corporate staff departments and group world headquarters. This position requires an individual to act as an employee champion, change agent and business partner for corporate functional areas while providing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Proposes and initiates specialized projects and implements programs requiring a thorough understanding of human resources processes and their strategic impact on the business. This position will support functional areas at meetings that influence business strategies (e.g. talent development, succession planning, performance management, strategy deployment, strategic workforce planning, etc.)

Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for California. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Pay Range: $107,368 annually to $187,953 annually.
