SURESTAFF is immediately hiring HR Assistants for a large, well-known client in Minooka, IL. As a HR Assistant for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:

• Clerical Duties and Office Support
• Warehouse Operations Support
• Administrative Duties

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm. HR Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate all facets of talent recruitment, prescreening, and interview scheduling
• Conduct Orientations/Onboarding for small groups of new hires
• Assisting staffing employees in the conversion process to Menasha
• Writing and sending offer letters (must be accurate)
• Various HR and employee relations duties including event/birthday tracking, compliance record keeping, and bulletin board upkeep

HR Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:

• Professional demeanor and communication
• Some experience in HR preferred
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Proficient computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Office Suite competency(Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Solid time management skills; able to prioritize
