Reliant at Home is seeking an experienced Home Health Scheduler out of our Fort Worth, TX branch! This position requires an energetic, well-organized self-starter with solid computer skills. Responsibilities:

• The Scheduler’s primary role is to ensure that all patients receive the best service possible and at the required staffing levels.
• Works closely with Branch Manager and Clinical Supervisors to provide appropriate staffing for each individual client under the branch to ensure that all open cases are staffed timely and based on the individualized patient’s Plan of Care (POC).
• Schedules all visits to ensure that regulatory deadlines are met and staffing resources are optimized.
• Utilizes geographical staffing patterns to promote efficient, effective coverage in all service areas·
• Responsible for ordering nursing supplies, answer phones, emails and respond to scheduling inquiries from patients and co-workers in a timely and professional fashion.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent level of educations required.
• Excellent typing skills and developed clerical and computer skills required.
• Strong ability to communicate in a professional manner, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Word & Excel, Wellsky/Kinnser, Forcura and MedLine.
• Attention to detail.
