Front of House Team Member - Pay starting at $16.50 an hour. Compensation and benefits determined by employee's skills, knowledge, experience, availability, and performance. Full-time (30+ hours per week) positions available. Must be 17 years of age to apply. Must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week and must be available on Fridays and Saturdays. Candidates with open availability will receive preferred consideration.

We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, servant leaders to join our family at Chick-fil-A, Highway 99 & Yosemite Avenue. At Chick-fil-A, the Front of House Team Member role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to work with the #1 brand in the quick service restaurant industry. Team Members will work directly with an Operator who has years of professional and personal experience that is always willing to serve as a mentor and coach. Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds. No experience is necessary, we will train together.


Our Team Members are responsible for creating “Raving Fans” with every guest experience. We accomplish this together by developing trust with guests by providing quality food in a friendly, safe, and clean environment. Team Members ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations. Kitchen Team Members are responsible for cooking and preparing the food for our guests and keeping a clean and safe work environment.

The Details (Responsibilities and Duties):

  • Ensuring that products and guests’ experience are consistent with our brand, culture, and standards of excellence
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with Team Members, guests and leaders
  • Courteously greet guests, take orders, explain and suggest menu items
  • Maintain a sanitary and safe restaurant by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning equipment, and restrooms
  • Stock products and supplies
  • Prepare, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Ensure compliance with Steritech and Health Inspection Standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • We need “A” Team Members that must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week and be available on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • You must commit to the highest Chick-fil-A customer service standards and our promise to guests: the highest quality meals served in a quick, friendly, and clean environment.
  • A positive attitude and honest.
