Payroll Specialist

This Payroll position will offer an exciting opportunity to be instrumental in creating and streamlining processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle and Kronos.
Duties of the Payroll Specialist
- Streamline processes across multiple locations
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll processing
- Prepare reports for quarterly, yearly and weekly reports
- Resolve payroll errors
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state tax laws and regulations
Requirements of the Payroll Specialist
- Proven experience managing a large payroll
- Degree in Business/HR or related field preferred
- Must have working knowledge of Oracle and Kronos
- Ability to work with executive team to implement processes and procedures
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Salary of the Payroll Specialist is dependent upon experience, education and certifications.
$35,000 - $45,000/year with a competitive benefits package.
