Job Descriptions –

Servers are the face of our FOH team! Servers are responsible for positive interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. They play an integral role in ensuring our guests have exceptional dining experiences and creating Memorable Moments. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our Guests' needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about food and love to teach, motivate, and grow as a team.

The Server Assistant position is the backbone of our FOH team! They are responsible for cleaning and resetting tables and ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant. They are also the support system for the rest of the team. They are expected to provide an “extra hand” for the servers and bartenders when needed to help provide an excellent experience and create memorable moments for our guests!

The Host maintains stock levels throughout the shift. Food and Beverage displays should be neat, attractive, well organized. They greet guests and make them feel welcome, direct guests to their seats, and set them up with menus and waters. Take To-Go orders, maintain service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift, perform additional tasks to assist the entire department, and follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Have a minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant experience
• Take responsibility for themselves
