About The Role

The Electrical Expert For Lighting Installation is responsible for installation of lighting products while maintaining a safe and professional standard. Electrical Expert will have communication with designer and the customer to maintain the scope of the project. Electrical Expert will oversee installations, any trouble shooting and all regular maintenance on the lighting systems on our maintenance plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple crew members while maintaining a professional and efficient work environment
• Drive company vehicles (vans/trailers/cars/trucks) safely and according to local regulations
• Review job(s) for the day based on work orders
• Generate creative/innovative solutions to unique problems
• Confirm company vehicle(s) is prepared for the day including the following:
  • Lighting for each project scheduled
  • Additional project materials as needed
  • Equipment, tools and ladders as required
• Maintain working knowledge of all required Blingle software and associated best practices
• Responsible for ensuring crew productivity and safety to Blingle standards
• Assess scheduled projects and determine proper start locations
• Complete project as described in work orders
• Complete any on-site cleanup needed
• Perform final walkthrough on-site with customer
• Complete any required record keeping and submit receipts as relevant
• Assist with any other company functions as needed

Work Environment:

• Work performed primarily outdoors
• Occasional indoor responsibilities

Position Type/Expected hours worked:

• This is a full-time position, with flexible work hours to be coordinated.
• Occasional overtime work required.
• Regular, punctual, and consistent attendance is required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a post-offer assessment/background check
• Bilingual skillset (English and Spanish speaking) is highly preferred but not required

Physical Demands:

This position is integral to our operations. The role is responsible for traveling to job sites to install and test equipment, troubleshoot problems as needed, and clean up the job site after project completion. Required to lift up to 50 pounds regularly & repeatedly and must be able to stand/walk for up to 10+ hours per day. Capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions.
