This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Experience Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for managing the customer experience program for Molecular Imaging to support the global sales teams in closing product and software sales.
• Liaise with global sales team members to manage logistics in association with customer visits, including but not limited to planning transport, accommodation, and catering.
• Coordinate the availability of appropriate product specialists, product development teams and key experts to support customer visits at the Knoxville and Chicagoland locations.
• Develop and maintain a database of Key Opinion Leaders and global reference sites.
• Assist in the planning and execution of Sales Education events under the guidance of the Global Sales Education Manager.
• Assist in the development of a Clinical Fellowship Program.
• Other duties/tasks as relevant

• Functional understanding of the healthcare industry
