QUAKER STEAK & LUBE

We are looking for experienced Servers on all shifts to join our Quaker Steak & Lube® team!

In this role, you can expect to:

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great hospitality where the expectations of the guests are exceeded.
• Provide quality service to each guest in a courteous and efficient manner while always displaying a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the food menu, and maintain a complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections
• Respond to guest concerns with the ability to creatively solve problems and develop robust solutions; Notify manager of positive and negative feedback from customers
• Receive and maintain proper cash accountability in the cash register for shift
• Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and guests
• Practice continual communication with restaurant managers and co-workers
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team!
• Front-of-house experience with knowledge of food preparation, allergies, and beverages including wines, beer, cocktails, and liquors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to up-sell and hit revenue targets
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, some holidays, and special events
