What you’ll be doing:

• Clearly communicates each test to the field associates in written and graphic form. This includes communication of both big picture strategies as well as marketing and visual details.
• Design informational pages that are organized and communicate the overall brand objective to the reader.
• Simplify difficult content so that stores can understand and execute tests effectively in order to meet the labor hours assigned to them.
• Communicate both daily and longer-term tests in a timely fashion, supporting the brand by staying fast and nimble.
• Multi-task large volumes of work in a demanding and fast paced environment, without losing the detail needed for stores to execute changes flawlessly.
• Innovate new ways to keep communication to stores fresh and effective by using technology to advance current processes and tools.
• Work independently on projects and objectives, while supporting others, in a team environment.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to get all information needed to complete tasks and meet aggressive deadlines.

Who we’re looking for:

• Demonstrates strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills. Can prioritize and balance tasks effectively.
• Creative approach to problem solving, team oriented and proactive attitude
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word
• Interactive PDF knowledge a plus
• Retail experience a plus
