Summary:

• Experienced corporate travel agent, communicating with clients and vendors via both email as well as phone and doing so in a highly professional manner

• Must be able to work in an environment where teamwork is essential
• Must exhibit a positive and professional demeanor at all times
• Must be flexible and able to work under pressure
• Position can be virtual or at the ITandT BTS corporate headquarters located in Malvern, PA

Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming reservation requests via phone, email, Concur

• Delivering service excellence at every level of the business travel process
• Processing reservations via Sabre GDS as well as researching fares/rates online

Requirements:

• 5 years of corporate travel reservation experience

• Proficient in Sabre
• Must deliver exceptional customer service as well as possess excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
